Women's quota - does that move us forward? Based on my experience it seems more purposeful to empower women in their skills and thereby better use their feminine performance. Especially those just returning after the "baby break" have enormous organizational skills and are highly performance motivated. Companies that want to use the performance capacity of their female employees more targeted and women who want to better market themselves and their potential benefit from this training!
