In most cases a conflict assessment helps to widen your view on the grade of escalation and possible consequences. Based on the conflict description you are able to generate possible impulses, wishes or reasons in order to develop. As a coach, I will support you to raise the solution potential of the group and to achieve good and sustainable results.
